Joyfulness is that place of being with your entire self in complete and absolute happiness within. Joyfulness is heartfelt. It is a resonating within of a fulfillment and feeling that in every fiber of your being.
Joyfulness can be most simple in its presentation to a profound completion of an intricate project. Joyfulness is so magnificient in its presence within you, that your outer self reactionaries are most noticeable to others.
Joyfulness is all around us if we take the time to notice. Joyfulness can be given to others by our responses of validating our joy in their accomplishments.
Joyfulness is a loving emotion that can lift anothers' within to a higher vibration of love. Joyfulness has a ripple effect of goodness towards another. Joyfulness in the heart is loving in the heart and sharing that love with another.

Truth Within
Truth within is the knowingness that God is with you always. Truth within is the awakening knowledge that your truth is from and of God, that purity within that knows what is right and good in your every day of being.
Truth within is a natural state of your within. It is not altered due to culture, heritage, social mores, way of living, being and doing in any way. Truth within is the mindset of knowingness what is for your highest and best in your actions, words, and deeds of being and doing. Truth within is honoring you, your truth, your heartfelt within of goodness, kindness and love to another.
Truth within takes courage at times due to the climate of the situation one is in. Truth within is honor and honoring you. Truth within frees one of judgement statements for factual and in the kindest most loving way brings peace of spoken truth.
Truth within whether spoken or felt in actions or goodwill of heart, is love. Love is honoring another and love in honoring you. Love is all there is.

True Peace Within
True peace within is the knowingness that you are one with God. It is the knowingness that all is going according to God's plan in God's time in God's love for your highest and best on your spiritual journey.
True peace within is a gradual process for each and everyone. True peace within is being in that place of understanding that God is in our lives in every action, word, thought, and deed of doing, giving and receiving.
True peace within is a natural growth within that we are all of God and that knowingness of that love within and around us is what our life here on earth is about. To acquire true peace within, our spiritual journeys have led us on a path to recognize and embrace this understanding of truth. True peace within is honoring who you are within, that knowingness of being so loved by God with absolute trust in the knowing all is where it should be at this moment.
True peace within is calmness in chaos and an awareness despite outer circumstances that all is in Divine Order. True peace within is that knowingness, that trust in God and His ultimate love for us.
Love is all there is.

Today in the Present
Today in the present is a gift from God to all. Today in the present is cherishing and appreciating where you are, who you are, what your road, journey is at this moment in time. Today in the present is now, not any other moment but now. It is savoring the joy of being in the now of time, the now of being, the now of doing, the now of what is in the present of your day.

Caring of the Heart
Caring of the heart is recognizing the innate goodness in everyone. Caring of the heart is shown in kindnesses, generosity, hand held gestures of sincere thank yous to another, and overall demeanor in your every day of positive loving actions.
Caring of the heart is appreciating one another in actions as your helping or seeing a need of help in your every day of doing or being. Caring of the heart is seeing a situation that you know your kindness can make a difference, ease a road so to speak, and acting upon it. Caring of the heart is showing love in a non intrusive way in your every day of being.
Caring of the heart is a broadening, blossoming of your within beyond yourself. It is the recogonizing beyond your self needs of caring for another in the kindest of ways. Know caring of the heart need not be of profound proportions for the earthly view. Caring of the heart to another in its loving goodness has a profound effect words, nor physical boundaries could describe.

Changes In Ones Heart
Changes in ones heart is a gradual process of awakening from self serving needs to the awakening of fulfillment for another. Changes in ones heart occurs when you are aware that your norm isn't the norm of happiness in your within. There is a shift of thinking beyond your inner core of self serving needs.
Changes in ones heart comes from knowing there is more to life on your spiritual journey than satisfying your wants and desires. Changes in ones heart is the awakening, opening up the door within oneself to share love with another in its many forms of being.
Changes in ones heart can happen at any time on ones spiritual journey here on earth. Whether a profound turning point or a simple thought process triggering a mindset beyond your personal self needs, changes in ones heart changes the sender forever.
For it is through changes of the heart that love flows from one to another on this earthly plane and love is all there is.
