Listening is opening up your mind to be aware of what is in that moment of being.
Listening is appreciating what is all around you through sounds not of your making.
Listening is taking the time to truly listen to another and not speak or interrupt.
Listening is sharing with others your caring of them.
Listening to your within is that knowingness of what is the highest and best on your spiritual path.
Listening is an awareness for each of us in our own unique way.
Listening educates and enlightens yet soothes and softens our within of being.
Listening is a gift we give to ourselves as well as to others.

Being Grateful

Being grateful is appreciating God's gift of love within you and validating that in all you do each day.
Being grateful is showing and sharing respect with others of their kindnesses and love of you.
Being grateful is being thankful for the blessings you receive each day and being aware of these blessings.
Being grateful is your caring of others with your actions, words and way of being.
Being grateful comes from your heart of love and sharing that love.
Being grateful is an innate part of your being. It is sharing your loving thankfulness with another.
Being grateful is sharing your love. Love is all there is.

Joy Within

Joy within is a state of being within all of us. It is that state of knowingness that all is in place, all is where it should be, all is in God's plan for our highest and best.
Joy within is that knowingness within our heart of God's love of and for us in every aspect of our being. It is that knowingness within of inner peace with this imparted joy recognition.
Joy within is in our mindset of knowing and appreciating all that we have been blessed with on our spiritual journey.
Joy within is knowing God in His infinite wisdom so loves us, watches over us and is always there for us. Joy within is love, God's love of us and appreciating all the aspects of this love. Love is all there is.

Awakened Heart

An awakened heart is when one sees goodness within another. An awakened heart is aware of this innate goodness that is a part of anothers within, their being. An awakened heart knows that despite choices made not of ones highest and best, does not eliminate this innate goodness that is within that person.
An awakened heart is choosing to see innate goodness in all of God's creation. It is that awareness that love is everywhere and in everything.
An awakened heart shares their love from the innate goodness of their within in all they do. From the spoken word, thoughtful kindnesses, or silence in their listening, an awakened heart is showing God's love within us to others.
An awakened heart is sharing love. Love is all there is.

Sharing Kindness

Sharing kindness is showing love in a kind, caring way to another. It is that knowingness of wanting to expand on goodness felt within you to another in a profound way. Sharing kindness is sharing love.
Sharing kindness can appear in many different formats from the simple, easy assist to an enormous task of undertaking. The purpose, the end result being of the same dimension, sharing love in sharing your kindness to another.
Sharing kindness can be done so naturally that one doesn't recognize the significance of this depth of their kindness, but know, the receiver does.
We all recognize kindness given to us, we all do. Love is being shared through this thoughtfulness, kindness given to you. Recognition and responding in love is our awareness of this kindness shared with us.
Sharing kindness is sharing love. Love is all there is my child.

Your Light Within

Your light within is a loving response of your heart that shows in your words, your demeanor, your every way of being, on your spiritual journey. Your light within does not have a time factor or frame of presentation. It can have a spontaneous showing or be ongoing in a mild, gentle manner.
Your light within brings joy to another and can continue through the receiver's light within, forwarding this joy to another.
Your light within is responding to love received from another. It is happiness in your heart of love received. It is that acknowledgment of love, God's love in you my child.
Your light within is showing love in all you do. It is sharing with another, love which does not have to be spoken. Your light within can be felt by actions toward others.
Know your light within is always noticed and recognized. Validation may not be spoken, but know it is recognized.
Your light within is sharing God's love within you with others. Sharing your light within is sharing love. Love is all there is.

Trust

Trust is a gift from God to all of us. It is that unique way of knowing that you feel your participation in a project is trustworthy, has merit, has truth, and has goodness at its core.
The meaning of trust can be described in a number of ways with your truth of heart. Your truth of heart is at the core of the trust you put forth in another, for another, and to another. Your trust is a gift you give to another from your inner core of heart.
Ones trust given to another is profound in its value of what one feels towards another. This value to another with ones trust, is honor to another and showing love to another. Trusting in another is truly believing in your heart of the goodness within of another. It is seeing God's love within.
When ones trust isn't honored by another, know that behavior belongs to them. They are responsibile for their actions. You honor you.
Trust is reaching out and being able to count on another in times of distress. Trust is that knowingness within beyond all measure that you can count on another. Trust is that knowingness within of God's love with you and another.
Having trust in another is a gift of love to another. Love is all there is.
