Your every day belongs only to you. It is a time frame from your beginning with awakening, to a completion of ending with your sleeping to prepare for your next day going forward.
Your every day is your opportunity to share kindness, caring, and be that example to another in a positive way. Your opportunities to show and share love in your demeanor, your speaking, your actions to another, your responses in your daily encounters, can inspire others to emulate you and have the courage to follow your lead.
Your every day can bring with it, include, challenges, difficulties, and roads walked not to your liking or highest and best, - but know, - your every day is part of a bigger picture on your spiritual journey and all contributes to who you are and where you are in this moment of time.
Your every day gives one the privilege to be love and loving in who they are within on their spiritual journey on earth. Love is all there is.

Your Heart Within

Your heart within is where God's love resides for each of us. It is that place of purity of love in its magnificence, that each of us feels within our being.
Your heart within is that loving place of peace we can connect with when we know all is in God's time, God's plan and in God's love. It is that knowingness that all is unfolding as it should on our spiritual journey.
Your heart within holds that hope of love in its many aspects and capacities, that fulfills and sustains on our spiritual journey.
Your heart within is your spiritual being within of love. It maintains, sustains, and enlightens your way on your path each day. Your heart within is love. Love is all there is.

A Caring Heart

A caring heart is within each and every one of us. It is that place where kindness of others, thoughtfulness in our actions and ways of being, and knowing that we are doing that little bit extra, and making a difference in a loving way to another.
A caring heart responds to a need of another whether spoken or not. It is an awareness within ourselves to go forward and know we are helping another on their spiritual journey.
A caring heart can respond in ways that might seem small to the giver, but can be most profound to the receiver.
A caring heart is sharing your love within to another on your journey to make another's day brighter than before. Each of us responds to a caring heart of another whether acknowledged or not. That love from another shared with you, leaves its loving mark on your heart.
A caring heart is sharing love. Love is all there is.

Honor Within You

Honor within you is knowing what is the highest and best for you on your spiritual journey and having the courage to stand by this honor within you in your words, actions, and being of person.
Honor within you is that absolute faith in knowing that what you say and what you do matches who you are within, to what you present in your outer every day of living.
Honor within you is recognizing truth, acknowledging that truth and being an example for another to recognize and acknowledge their truth of honor within them.
Honor within you is peace within your heart. You know innately what is for your highest and best on your spiritual journey.
Honor within you is sharing your love within to another. Love is all there is.

Free Will Choices

Free will choices are decisions made within your heart going forward in your every day. They are responses to your needs, responsibilities, encounters, every action necesssary to the fulfillment of your daily being on your spiritual journey.
Free will choices can be hampered by social customs, mores, ethnicity expectations, to where they are not your free will choice. One knows this innately when their choice is not from their hearts truth within.
Free will choices are heart centered coming from love. One knows what would be the highest and best going forward and honoring that choice. Choices chosen not of the highest and best are known within ones heart, but can be due to circumstance, lack of self worth within. One has the free will to choose their free will choice. Have the courage to honor your free will choice from your loving heart within. This is love. Love is all there is.

Strength Within Your Heart

Strength within your heart is that place within all of us of our values, our truths, our knowingness, and standing strong, honoring that place.
Strength within your heart is that inner courage to speak our loving truth when situations encountered are most difficult emotionally within our heart.
Strength within your heart is being an example to another of taking the higher road, kinder road in words and actions, and being true to you, your hearts truth within.
Strength within your heart is sharing love in your every day of being, God's love within you for others to observe and emulate.

Truth

Truth is that heartfelt, honorable place within each of us on our spiritual journey. It is where we know what is right and wrong, standing for what we believe, and honoring ourselves in this process.
Truth is a standard of knowing exactly what is the truth. It is not shaded by customs, mores, gender, or any imbalance that could be given to cover or mar the absolute, loving truth within ones being.
Truth is also a place of being, of honoring oneself, in this knowing. One is in sync with loving truth within themselves and honoring it.
Truth is heartfelt love at its core. Love is all there is.
