Kind actions begin with the thought of being kind. This thought comes from your loving heart with the desire to bring love in your way to another or in a situation you observe.
Kind actions are a choice, a free will choice one can do many times every day. We all know the many ways in our every day that our kind actions can help another on their journey. We all have had situations when someone has been kind in their actions to us and what it has meant at that time on our path of walking.
